The initial visit is a way for me to get some background about you! I want to know your eating habits, food likes and dislikes, and your knowledge about food. We will create goals together and create small steps to help your goals become part of your daily routine.
The follow-up visit is a great way to reconnect and discuss your progress. We will evaluate what worked well and areas that did not fit your lifestyle. A plan needs to be flexible and changes to the plan are almost always guaranteed.
Taking the first step and booking a visit can be the most difficult part of the journey. Most of my clients find that my approach is simple. We will discuss your goals and concerns and come up with a sustainable plan to help you get to where you need to be.
Yes, I accept the following insurance: Aetna, Anthem (BCBS) of New Hampshire, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Tufts Health Plans, and United Health Care. If you do not have these insurances, I also accept private pay. View out-of-pocket pricing.
